Using this site
These Terms of Use apply to your use of birrieriatijuana.org (the "Site"), operated by Birrieria Tijuana ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Menu, prices, and availability
We do our best to keep the Site accurate, but menu items, ingredients, prices, hours, and specials can change and may vary from one location to another. Some items, such as breakfast and halal options, are only offered at certain locations. Prices on third-party delivery apps are set in part by those apps and may be higher than in our restaurants. Photos show suggested presentation, and actual portions and plating may differ.
If something on the Site doesn't match what's available at the restaurant, the restaurant's current menu and pricing apply. Please call ahead if you're making a special trip for a specific item.
Allergens and food safety
Our food is prepared in shared kitchens, on shared equipment, where common allergens such as milk, eggs, wheat, soy, and sesame may be present. Menu labels such as "GF" (gluten-free) and "V" (vegetarian) describe the ingredients in a recipe; they are not a guarantee that an item is free from cross-contact. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please tell a team member before ordering so they can help you choose.
Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
Online ordering
Orders placed through DoorDash, Grubhub, Uber Eats, or other delivery services are handled by those companies under their own terms. Payment, delivery times, refunds, and account questions for those orders should go to the delivery service first. If there's a problem with the food itself, let the location know and we'll do our best to make it right.
Catering
Catering requests made through the Site or by phone are not confirmed until we agree to the details, date, and price with you directly. Deposits, minimums, cancellation terms, and final pricing are provided with your quote.
