Our Story
Family First. Flavor Always.
Birrieria Tijuana is a family business, built by Jenny and Freddy on the belief that great food starts with good ingredients, real recipes, and people who care about what they serve.
— Jenny & Freddy
Long before the first Birrieria Tijuana location opened its doors, Jenny and Freddy were cooking birria the way it was taught to them — slow, patient, and full of care. What started as a way to share a family recipe grew into something bigger than either of them expected: a place where neighbors, coworkers, and families across Washington could sit down to a plate that tasted like home.
The name comes from where the recipe was born — Tijuana, Mexico, a city known for bold flavor and even bolder hospitality. That spirit is what Jenny and Freddy set out to bring north, one order of consomé at a time.
Today, Birrieria Tijuana has grown to ten locations across Washington, from Everett to Port Orchard. But the recipes haven't changed. The beef is still braised low and slow. The consomé is still made fresh every morning. And every location is still run with the same hands-on care that started it all.
